1. Binding Agreement

These terms govern your digital relationship with Urbanite Media (Urbanite Solutions Pty Ltd). By using this digital portal, you acknowledge that you are bound by these terms. If you represent an advertising partner or commercial contractor, your localized campaign contract may contain additional specifications.

2. Editorial and Marketing Representation

Urbanite Media controls the stylistic aesthetic of all digital features published across our domains. We reserve the absolute right to amend and polish grammar and visual style in accordance with the design principles of the publisher group.

3. Local Payment Currency & Taxes

All pricing is provided in South African Rand (ZAR). Where mandatory, statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) of 15% is applicable to invoicing, as legislated by the South African Revenue Service (SARS). All invoices must be cleared within 30 days of the date listed on the document.

4. Intellectual Property

All images, proprietary SVGs, custom written lofts content, and technical algorithms listed on this site remain the intellectual property of Urbanite Media.

5. Governing Law and Choice of Forum

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal dispute, litigation, or claim will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Sandton, Johannesburg.
